Inmate Visitation

Visitation services are provided by City Tele Coin.

Visitation is held on Monday and Friday mornings from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. To have visitors during incarceration, inmates must complete a visitor form. Ask a Jail Officer for a form, complete it with the names, addresses, and dates of birth of those persons you wish to visit you, and return the form to a Jail Officer. Records and warrants will be checked on visitors before they are allowed to visit. Only those persons approved by Jail Staff will be allowed to visit. Any additions or changes must be approved by the Jail Administrator.

Special Visitations

Out-of-state visitors may request a one-time special visit outside normal visitation hours with permission from the Jail Administrator only. Visitors should contact the Jail Administrator by telephone during normal business hours before arriving at the jail.

Anyone who has been in custody of the Washita County Sheriff's Office Jail will not be allowed to visit any inmate currently incarcerated in the jail for at least thirty (30) days from their release date.

In-Person Visitation

Inmates are allowed 6 visitors on their visitation list with only three of those approved visitors allowed each visitation day. Each approved visitor is allowed to come once a week for a 10 minute visit either on Monday or Friday.  All visits are non-contact visits only. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to visit unless accompanied by an adult.

Clergy visits are permitted by appointment. Clergy must present credentials upon appointment.

Anyone who does not adhere to these policies is subject to a rejection notice from Washita County Jail.

If you have questions, please contact the Jail Administrator at (580)832-2413.
